<Price>

The selling price will be the displayed amount (display price / consumption tax included).
In addition, it may be charged separately shipping fee.

 

<Payment>

Payment method: Bank transfer, Credit card transaction, Convenience store payment , Pay-easy
Payment Timing: Payment will be confirmed at the time the product order is confirmed.
Explanation of fee other than item price: Shipping fee, bank transfer fee etc will be paid by the customer.
Application validity period: If you do not receive the payment procedure within 5 days after your order completion email arrives, I will treat it as cancellation.

 

<Return Policy>

You can return your goods provided we get them back within 7 days and in perfect sellable condition. Included with your order should be the returns from.
Items to be exchanged must be returned in perfect, unworn, new condition with all original tags attached.
We are certainly unable to accept them for return if;
* They are marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in anyway.
* They are scented with aftershave, perfume or deodorant.
* They have been washed.

We also require all original packaging, We ultimately reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition.
It is your responsibility to arrange the return carriage of your goods. We do not require returns to be sent on a premium service, so please feel free to use an economical returns service with your chosen courier.
We are not responsible for returns in transit so please use a recorded service at your own cost if you are anxious about high value items.
We will contact you by email as soon as we receive your items back.

In the case of defective products or misdelivered items, if returned within 7 days after delivery, we will exchange and refund.
As long as there are no defects in the product, please understand that returned goods at customer's convenience can not be exchanged.
Please understand that it is not possible to receive returns / exchanges such as items that caused damage or contamination on products due to products or customers' circumstances that were used even once, such as mistakes in size after purchase.

* Because of the characteristic of browsing on a personal computer or mobile terminal, the image of the product may differ slightly from the actual color of eyes. In addition, there may be some difference in actual size depending on the method of measurement, such as the product of stretchable material (knit etc.). Because we will judge purchase as assuming that both have acknowledged, we will not treat it as my deficiency, so if you would like to know more about color etc. please contact us before purchase.
Returned goods, refund incorrect Please confirm the following items when you wish, please contact us.
① only unused, unwashed, or indoor try-on only
② Please note that returned goods and exchanges can not be accepted if the accessories are damaged, stained, or lost when accessories are completed (delivery notes, product tags etc)
③ The state of goods and exterior are not greatly changed from the time of delivery
If you wish to return or exchange, please contact within 7 days after delivery.
For returned goods when defective goods or items different from orders arrive, please return with cash on arrival (our company's share). In the case of exchange, we will send you good items at prepayment (our burden).

When the product arrives, please be sure to check "There are no defective parts in the product", "There is no difference in order contents". Please note that goods returned after 8 days from arrival can not be returned or exchanged.
If the item is returned after the response period has passed, we may return the item to the destination at the customer's expense, or we may discard it.

 

<Delivery>

The items you ordered will be shipped by Yamato Transport.
Depending on the delivery area, we will ship within 3 business days after receiving your order.
Designation of delivery date is possible if it is within 3 to 7 days from the order date.
The delivery time zone is available in the morning, 12 to 14, 14 to 16, 16 to 18, 18 to 20, 20 to 21 o'clock.
Delivery may be delayed before and after long holidays (Bon, New Year etc.).
※ Dispatch to overseas, shipping at the sales office is not done.
